Shipping

All orders are made to order. We ship most mats within 7-10 days, though some items may take longer. 

Refunds

We do not offer any refunds on customized items. Mat party deposits are TRANSFERABLE within a 6-month period.  All sales are FINAL. 

Care tips

Coir doormats are durable and effective, but proper care will keep them looking good and functioning well for longer. Here are some tips:

Storage: If not in use, store your mat in a dry area away from moisture to prevent mold or weakening of the fibers.

Regular Cleaning: Shake out your doormat regularly to remove dirt, dust, and debris. For deeper cleaning, use a soft brush to sweep the fibers or vacuum gently.

Spot Cleaning: For stains, dab gently with a cloth and mild soap mixed with water. Avoid soaking the mat, as excessive water can weaken the coir fibers.

Dry Properly: If the mat gets wet, make sure to dry it completely before use to prevent mildew or damage. Place it in a sunny, ventilated area if possible.

Avoid Overexposure: Prolonged exposure to harsh weather, such as heavy rain or direct sunlight, can cause wear and tear. Use the mat in covered areas or bring it indoors during extreme weather.

Returns

Each mat is customizable therefore we do not offer refunds. If you have any issues, please contact us immediately at kraftymats@gmail.com to resolve.

All errors must be resolved within 7 days of receipt.
